1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, expired, or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned
- Opened or used food items
- Health supplements after seal removal
- Personal care or fragrance products once unsealed
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Open Return & Refund Section
- Fill the Form with all details within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and images of the product (if damaged).
- Our Team will contact you within 14 days of request
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the error is from our side (wrong or defective item), return shipping is free.
- If the return is for personal reasons, shipping costs may be deducted.
