Spicy Biryani MASALA (for 1 kg chicken/meat)
- Oil: 1 cup
- Tomatoes: 3 (250g)
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Fried onions: 1 cup (80g)
- Ginger garlic: 2 tbsp (30g)
- Green chilies: 6
- Mint: 1 cup
- Adraaj Biryani Masala
DETAILED METHOD:
- Heat oil, fry onions golden (6 minutes).
- Add ginger garlic; fry 1 minute.
- Add chicken/meat and cook 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes + yogurt + Adraaj Biryani Masala
- Cook 12–15 minutes until oil separates.
- Add mint, coriander, green chilies.
- Boil rice to 70% doneness.
- In pot: add 1 layer rice + 1 layer gravy.
- Repeat layers and top with fried onions.
- Steam: 20 minutes on low flame.
