- Oil: 1 cup
- Yogurt: 1.5 cup
- Ginger Garlic paste: 1.5 tbsp
- Adraaj Achar Gosht Masala
DETAILED METHOD:
- Heat oil.
- Add meat + Ginger garlic paste, fry 10 minutes.
- Add yogurt + Adraaj Achar Gosht masala.
- Cook 30–40 minutes until oil separates.
