Karhai Masala (1.5 Kg Chicken)
- Oil: 1 Cup
- Tomatoes: 4 finely chopped
- Yogurt: ½ cup
- Garlic: 1.5 tbsp
- Adraaj Karhai Masala
DETAILED METHOD:
- Fry garlic in oil.
- Add chicken and cook 10 minutes
- Add tomatoes & yogurt
- Add Adraaj Karhai Masala (Stir the spoon well).
- Cook 15–20 min until oil separates.
