Achar Gosht Masala (1.5 kg Meat/Chicken)

  • Oil: 1 cup
  • Yogurt: 1.5 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste: 1.5 tbsp
  • Adraaj Achar Gosht Masala

DETAILED METHOD:

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add meat + Ginger garlic paste, fry 10 minutes.
  3. Add yogurt + Adraaj Achar Gosht masala.
  4. Cook 30–40 minutes until oil separates.
