White Pulao Masala for 1.5 kg Meat
- Oil: 1 cup
- Onion: 2 medium
- Ginger garlic: 1.5 tbsp
- Adraaj Plao Masala (3 tbsp or add more for more spice)
DETAILED METHOD:
- Fry onions in oil for 7 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic; cook 1 minute.
- Add chicken/meat and fry 8–10 minutes.
- Add Adraaj Plao Masala
- Add: • Chicken: 3 cups water • Mutton/Beef: 5 cups water
- Cook: • Chicken: 20 minutes • Mutton: 45 minutes
- Add soaked rice.
- Cook until water evaporates.
- Steam 10 minutes.
