Peshawari Yakhni Pulao is among Pakistan’s most respected rice dishes.

White Pulao Masala for 1.5 kg Meat

  • Oil: 1 cup
  • Onion: 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic: 1.5 tbsp
  • Adraaj Plao Masala (3 tbsp or add more for more spice)

DETAILED METHOD:

  1. Fry onions in oil for 7 minutes.
  2. Add ginger garlic; cook 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken/meat and fry 8–10 minutes.
  4. Add Adraaj Plao Masala
  5. Add: • Chicken: 3 cups water • Mutton/Beef: 5 cups water
  6. Cook: • Chicken: 20 minutes • Mutton: 45 minutes
  7. Add soaked rice.
  8. Cook until water evaporates.
  9. Steam 10 minutes.

White Plao is ready for Meal
