Karhai Masala (1.5 Kg Chicken)

  • Oil: 1 Cup
  • Tomatoes: 4 finely chopped
  • Yogurt: ½ cup
  • Garlic: 1.5 tbsp
  • Adraaj Karhai Masala

DETAILED METHOD:

  1. Fry garlic in oil.
  2. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes
  3. Add tomatoes & yogurt
  4. Add Adraaj Karhai Masala (Stir the spoon well).
  5. Cook 15–20 min until oil separates.
