Nihari Masala (for 1.25 kg beef)
- Oil: 1 cup
- Flour (for thickening): 4 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- Adraaj Nihari Masala
DETAILED METHOD:
- Heat oil, add beef + Ginger garlic, fry 10 minutes.
- Add Adraaj nihari masala.
- Add 8 cups water; slow cook 2–3 hours.
- Mix flour with water, add slowly.
- Cook 20 minutes until thick.
- Add desi ghee on top.
